Q1: What is the warranty for FiberMania’s fiber patch cords?
A: FiberMania provides a five (5)-year warranty for all fiber patch cords, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of supply. All fiber optic bulk cables are UL-listed, and every cable is 100% factory-tested before shipment to ensure consistent performance.

Q2: Can you customize our brand information on your fiber cables?
A: Yes. We can print your brand name, logo, or other required markings directly on the cable jacket. A minimum total cable length of 1 km is required for customized jacket printing.

Q3: Do you offer 3D interferometer testing for connectors?
A: Yes. Upon request, we provide full 3D interferometer testing for connector end-face geometry. Our production process can achieve over a 90% pass rate, and even reach 100% if required for specific high-end applications.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Most standard products do not have a strict MOQ. However, certain customized fiber cable orders require a minimum of 1 km total bulk cable length. You may also choose to stock bulk cable with FiberMania for faster turnaround on urgent orders.

Q5: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes. We are pleased to offer free samples for customer testing and evaluation as long as the total sample value does not exceed USD 50. For special or customized samples, additional cost may apply.

Q6: Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
A: Absolutely. FiberMania has specialized in OEM/ODM production since the beginning of our business. We handle all label printing, packaging, bag design, and carton branding with great care. Our engineering team can assist with your current design or even develop new tooling to support your specific project.
